Seconding Phoenix Wright and Suikoden Tierkreis and adding Final Fantasy IV-- I liked Final Fantasy III as well, but found gameplay more difficult with less replay value. And also adding Scribblenauts, because it is worth mentioning more often. You write things and they appear to help you solve puzzles! \o/ That will never not be awesome to me.
