You guys, Star Trek was awesome. Awesome i say. It was full of bangin' action sequences, bad science, shiny CGI, and a really fun cast. I can see why Trek purists are pissed, because TNG is sort of 'my' Trek and if they messed it up i'd be pissed, but c'mon guys, that was fun. And i actually squeed with delight at the epic epic cameo.

You know what else is awesome? QUIZ SHOW. Holy epic plotlines coming to a head, batman! So excited for episode 7 to be subbed.

Other things are less awesome. In fact, i came home to see something that really harshed my zen. I'm frustrated and i'm hurt, but that's not really so new. It will likely come to nothing, or blow over, or something like that. That's what usually happens.

In any case, tomorrow's goal is at least an hour and a half on DDR. If i'm not doing anything useful with my life i can at least get some exercise.

I am kind of in love with Star Trek. I could probably watch it repreatedly and not get bored of it. Every time I do torch checks it work, it pains me to leave the cinema.

I'd heard so much about it that i was trying to go into the theatre fighting off the expectation that it was going to be AWESOME!!!1! because everyone said it was. But i was even more impressed than i thought i'd be.

My zen has been restored. I just have a headache from staying up...pretty much all night.
